We're going on City Trip
This week in our meeting we went on an imaginary City Trip. Firstly we all spoke about a trip we'd been on. Locations varied from Blackpool to Sydney.
Next we talked about what we'd like to do on our trip. Then we thought about what we'd need to prepare and take with us. Money of course, cameras, maps, some food, tickets (check the dates and times) and passport if we are going overseas.
Then we went on our trip with a dice. Each time the dice was thrown someone had to say something we achieved, or something that went wrong. We solved any problems that came along, and had a great day out!
If you do this challenge with your family do send a description of where you chose to go, what you took and what you did! (all in your imaginations.) Drawings are very welcome too.
Hopefully you will have learned some skills to plan a real trip and keep yourself safe when you get there.

News from you
I totally forgot to mention in the last blog that in December I met Sugar-Glider Owl by the Christmas tree where she made her Promise.
It was good to see all the Good Turn Hands you have made, and hear about your litter picking, helping Mum and helping friends with schoolwork, even though you are having to do this by phone these days. Helping others is a big part of our Promise.
Some of you have been out doing exercise. Well done to those who've been on a bike ride, or a healthy walk over the last week. Keep it up! Your schoolwork and your stress levels will benefit from your exercise.
We heard that Spotty-Cat Penguin and her Mum had cleared out big pile of party rubbish from the stream near her house.
Hermione Koala also reported on her challenge to meditate each day. She has completed part one of her Meditation Badge.
